Cheap ... Is a good option if you are traveling as backpacker, is not very clean but is one of the cheapest options to stay in Barcelona, which is the most expensive city in Spain.

Description - Hostel

Ramblas Market is a cosy and friendly hostel located in one of of Barcelona´s most pintoresque streets near the famous Market "Mercado de la Boqueria", the nicest one in the city. It�s right out of Liceu Metro station (green line). Surrounded by modernist architecture and a wide set of cultural and leisure activities, its location in the heart of the city allows our guests to easily reach the city�s main attractions.

Just off Las Ramblas, Barcelona�s most turistic street, few minutes walk from Plaça Catalunya and Plaça Reial, next to the Barrio Gótico, and very near from Gaudi�s architecture: Casa Batllo, La Sagrada Familia, Casa Mila, La Pedrera. Within walking distance, you will find plenty of nighlife. Lots of bars, nightclubs and restaurants.

Guests are welcome to cook in any of the two kitchens, relax in the common room, cook a BBQ in the terrace, access free internet and use wi-fi connection.

We have a private rooms and mixed dorms. In all type of rooms, breakfast and linen are included.

How to get there

Located in the Gothic Neighborhood. Just off Las Ramblas, next to Liceu Metro Station (L. 3 � green line). 2 minutes walk from Plaza Reail and 5 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya. There are also train and bus stations nearby.
Ramblas Market Hostel es located next to Boqueria Market.

Directions
From El Prat Airport, you can either take the Aerobus (runs every 15 minutes approx.) or the train. They will both leave you in Plaza Catalunya. From there you can either take the green Metro (L. 3) for one stop (till Liceu Station; Mercat Boqueria exit) or you can just take a few minutes walk down Las Ramblas. When you arrive to Petxina Street (just after the Boqueria Market), turn right, and there we are!

From Girona Airport, take the bus (just outside the airport) to Nord Station. From there, walk some meters to the Metro station Arc de Triomfo. Take the red line to Catalunya and change to the green line and get off in Liceu (Mercat Boqueria Exit).

By train, you can get the train to Sants Station and tranfer to the metro (L3 - Green) until Liceu.
